Nord

Nords are the tall and fair-haired humans from the province of Skyrim. They are a race of warriors and seamen, and are found all over Tamriel as soldiers and see-bound merchants. There are few large cities in Skyrim, and it’s mostly a peasent state, consisting of farms and small villages. Nords are family-oriented, and both the skill of fighting, certain weapons and the family trade is passed on to the next generation, keeping Skyrim traditional and stable.

Nords are highly intelligent, tall, broad-chested and very strong. Their size, however, means that they are the least agile of all the human races. They have a very deep and loud voice, making them highly sought-after in choirs and temple chants. Nords are also well-known for their resistance towards frost and ability to survive in very cold climate.

The Nord culture is based upon the Norse culture and the Scandinavian people, which is shown both in their look, culture, religion, architecture and names.
