Redguard

Redguards are the best warrior race in Tamriel, being both strong, resistent and quick. They come from Hammerfell, and are easily recognized by their dark skin and wiry hair. It’s expected of any Redguard to be familiar with basic weaponry, combat and strategy, and only the best of the Redguards can enter their military. They also frown upon all forms of magic, and show a great capacity to survive in hot, dry climates.

Redguards are vaguely based upon Eastern or Middle-East culture, and often have Arabic-sounding names.
